It's been 6 episodes, and nothing has really happened. I remember watching the first episode and really struggling to define who this was made for, and that thought really hasn't left my mind as I continued on as there are so many red flags in the 'relationship' between the two main leads. I understand the concept of 'love at first sight' and 'the red string of fate', but even still I would have expected there to be some kind of push back from this 18 year old girl who is so reserved and reluctant to do anything with the man she's just met, while he

love bombs her, refuses to let her provide for herself, and then expects/demands payment in the form of kisses - sure, there are things far worse some anime might have a character like this ask for as payment, but those shows also tend to view these sorts of 'relationships' as a very bad situation for the female characters rather than attempting to sell it as something beautiful or desirable.
The art is fine, the sound is fine, but the story just drags everything down. It would have been better served with a few more episodes to set up the relationship, where the girl could have stayed with her grandparents who were clearly worried about her until the big powerful demon stepped in to protect her and whisk her away. Having that time to think and come to terms with her new position, rather than being thrown headfirst into something totally new and very quickly becoming accepting of it all, giving in to her new 'lover's' desires, and dealing with all of these troubles from numerous jealous parties that come with the terrible pacing of both the story and relationship.
I had initially rated this a 5, but as I started working through my misgivings and thinking about everything I've watched so far and just kind of ignored.... this is a solid 4.
