The list of manga that are considered the most recognizable in Shonen genre, including the Big 3 of Shonen Jump. Can be used as a reference sheet for newcomers to the manga industry.

Top 50 best selling manga (according to current reported numbers), in order from highest to lowest

(some are more loosely 'delinquent', be it important characters or elements)

Series which were officially licensed by an English publisher, but were ultimately left incomplete (or not even released). This isn't a very comprehensive list (and older licenses are probably underrepresented), but I aimed to have a variety of examples across different publishers.

Noteworthy shounen that released during the Era of the "Big 3"

Number of sales and date that number was acquired from in notes for each. Some of them I have personally estimated a higher figure than the date says.

No. 53 is Impact by Nobuhiro Sakata & Ryouji Ryuuzaki, which started in 2002 and ended in 2019 with 85 volumes & 851 chapters in Par Golf.

No. 55 is Yuushun no Mon by Hiromi Yamasaki, which started in 1994 and is ongoing with 84 volumes & 615 chapters in Weekly Shonen Champion.

No. 60 is Somubu Somuka Yamaguchi Roppeita by Norio Hayashi & Yamaguchi Roppeita, which started in 1986 and ended in 2016 with 81 volumes & 731 chapters in Big Comic

No. 69 is Marugoshi Deka by Ken Kitashiba & Michio Watanabe, which started in 1986 with 75 volumes & 395 in Weekly Manga Sunday Jiysugyo no Nihon Sha.

No. 92 is Jingi by Ayumi Tachihara, but it doesn't have the amount of volumes or release date it says in Young Champion Akita Shoten.

No. 89 is Direful Industrial Volleyboys is Hiroyuki Murada, which started in 1989 with 67 volumes & 711 chapters in Weekly Young Magazine Kodansha.

In this stack I’ve listed all the samurai manga that I’ve read so far. Some are philosophical, some are childish, some are dark and some are pure action.

Jump Ultimate Stars is a fighting video game developed by Ganbarion and published by Nintendo for the Nintendo DS. It is the sequel to Jump Super Stars. The game was released in Japan on November 23, 2006.

The game keeps many features from its predecessor, and adds many more. The game boasts 305 characters (56 of which are fully playable) from 41 different Shōnen manga series.

This list is derived from The Anime Man's "The OFFICIAL Top 100 Manga Of All Time (According To The Internet) Is Actually Surprising..." video. The video goes over the results of an online poll that he created in which people could vote for their favorite manga series.

The poll, taken in 2018, garnered over 160,000 votes from the international anime community. This is a complete list of the results along with the total vote count for each series. The list is in descending order, meaning the manga with the most votes come first.

Some entries are omitted because they don't have a MAL page. This is usually because they're web comics or made outside of Japan. Those omitted entries are listed here:

Note: In the video, Joey accidentally counts all votes for Seven Deadly Sins and THE Seven Deadly Sins separately, meaning that there are technically 99 manga in this list. In the true list, Seven Deadly Sins would've been #13 with 1,795 votes. However, I've kept it in it's original position for the sake of being consistent with the video. THE Seven Deadly Sins garnered 271 votes, tying it with #89 (Aku no Hana), hence why there is no #90 on this list.
