I read the author's other one shot and didn't realize they had also written this one. I have to say I prefer this one over the newer one shot. This one deals with some heavy themes but in a way I thought was satisfying. It's much more philosophical, diving into the nature of humans and what we do to others. If you don't like sad stories, however, you might not enjoy this.

We go through a roller coaster of emotions with the main character and what she does to her companion. I did find myself curious with every page, eager to see how the story would ...
