Synopsis

During her decade-long engagement to Crown Prince Kaizen Rastiel, Astelle von Lestern spared no effort to learn how to become a good empress. But on their wedding night, the old emperor dies, and Kaizen requests an immediate divorce, as their marriage was only his father's wish. Retaining her dignity, Astelle never admits her love and even renounces her power-hungry family as the shameful one-day empress.

Mixed Feelings

It was good at first, until the second season and then the pace of the story became slow and there was no much development between the fl and ml, they eventually go back together but it was not explained and developed enough… Also adding flower and effect on theore panels at the beginning was good but by the end it just made me frustrated… idk I liked in the beginning but by the end it was just going over and over again, the vilain weren’t memorable nor the relationship and the characters were boring.
The art style was good.

Good but gets confusing later on.

The story is FL got married and divorced the next day by ML. But she got pregnant and a boy was born. She does everything in her power to keep the identity of the child hidden.

The story is good at the beginning but later on there are so many plot holes. Somehow the boy manages to get himself kidnaped even though his room is in the deepest part of the palace. He does no training to protect himself and Fl even after knowing the constant danger the boy is in, decides that it is too early for swords but ...
