So I just scroll through seasonal lists or genres, then click with a scroll wheel on titles I like to open them in new tabs. I open a bunch at once, then go through each tab and hit "Add to List" then "Plan to Watch," then close the tab with a keyboard shortcut. It's way faster than using menus. Then I go back and keep doing that. Rinse and repeat until my PTW list is huge, lol.
