Hey, my names Chris! I've been watching anime since the late 90's when companies like Toonami or 4Kids would broadcast shows like Dragon Ball Z, Mobile Fighter G Gundam, Yu-Gi-Oh!, Pokémon, Inuyasha, Zatch Bell, etc. I would consider my favorite anime franchises to be One Piece and Gundam, but I also recognize that Pokémon is really the biggest influence that made me fall in love with the artform known as anime. Additionally, the way I score shows is quite different than most people. I prioritize a good story over animation. If you disagree with a review I give, just understand I come from an era where most anime would get 50 episodes in one season. These days, the new industry standard is 12 episode seasons and that leaves no room for proper storytelling, in my opinion. That's why new shows like Black Clover or Jujutsu Kaisen resonate more with me as they don't follow the new format.
Anyways, to conclude, I'll leave with this as Goku said it best: "Until we meet again!"
Important: As of February 2026, I will no longer be watching anime shows before the year 2020 unless it's releasing new content! I am getting older and must curate my time more wisely. However, I will be watching more anime movies no matter their release date.

And there's nothing like it!
Nothing like One Piece
Nothing Gintama
Nothing like Naruto
Bleach
Jujutsu Kaisen
And Attack on Titan though, oh man, you didn't see nothing like this, just have an awesome ride while the 1st episode will shatter your expectation for what's to come!
There's a button that says on hold
Look, I know you hate taking time with the slow burners.
But the 2nd half though, it gets even better after the 1st half!
Once you patiently go through it, you'll be satisfied
10/10 for me personally cause it knows what it's doing, very good as the main story, this don't miss
This movie is very good! 😢😢😢😢😢😢
Told you 3 months ago to save it for a later time,
Episode 287 is the continuation of the main story arc
And btw, you're almost at the end of Boruto Part 1 in the anime, 11 episodes left and you're good, you don't have to watch episodes 282 to 286, you can just save it for some time, the Code Arc is episode 287 to 293, after you're done with that, you're good, action is spot on, especially in episode 292, you should see that once you get there! 🤩🤩🤩🤩
Oh and chapter 68 is after the Code Arc where the story left off in the anime, the Prophecy Arc, so you got time to read chapter 68 to chapter 80 (which ended Part 1) before the Timeskip happens in August 21st in order to prepare yourself, it's gonna get crazy when we'll hit that month!
Episode 287 is back to the canon material
