Hey i read your review for the manga 'Believers' and I have to say i really liked it, unlike you lol. I think you're being too pessimistic with regards to the subject matter don't you think? The plot does kind of fall apart but the setting is really nice, a destitute lonely island, even though there are a lot of manga featuring cults you don't really see the story from the cult members' perspective so that was really nice to read through as well. And you say that the guy recedes back into his imagination at the end but i don't think that is what happens, I think he rejected the cult and everything he stood for at the end. He opens his eyes and as the boat sinks he finally snaps back to reality... at least i think that's what happened. Anyway, your taste is nice so I'll be checking out some of the manga from your favorites list haha!
