| That was quite a good ending actually. Maki slowly realising that he still has things he needs to protect and Aoki diligently taking care of Mai. The last panel seems to imply that Yukiko married someone else, which isn't terribly disappointing to me, since I was never invested in her character that much, especially after she became engaged to Aoki. Overall, this is a pretty unique manga and reminds me of ID:Invaded. By reminded, I mean its exactly like ID:Invaded, except this came out before, so really, ID:Invaded is exactly like this. Nevertheless, it is a little too melodramatic at times and it loses some of its steam towards the last few volumes. |
