| It gives off that "open ending" feeling, however I got the feeling that the ending was just an implication of Nanoka and Koshiro just about to enter a real romantic relationship. To put it shortly, the manga's ending is less tragic than in the anime. The former's is more light-hearted (at least, when you see it you'll know what I mean) while the latter was pretty heart-shattering if you think about it because it was open to all interpretations with all the foreshadowings aka [[SPOILER IF YOU HAVEN'T WATCHED THE ANIME AHEAD]] (theme park closing down, trees being cut down, ferris wheel not moving despite their prayers) that their relationship would be doomed in the future. Personally, I liked the anime's ending more what with the impact it had on me. |
